

Lord knows why they went the way they did for Fuzion it always struck me as 'Interlock but an order of magnitude more complicated than necessary'. Now, way back in the late 90's, R.Talsorian released a Bubblegum Crisis RPG book that was the first foray into the Fuzion system. I've even written some fanfiction, but that's not the point.
